Originally established in Corpus Christi, TX Sedulous is an owner operated company that has expanded internationally. We have been awarded projects in the U.S, Canada, and Mexico. Our leadership takes pride in providing only the best for our clients. We take an ownership approach to any project we are awarded by fully immersing ourselves into the values and expectations of your company then taking the proven systems developed by Sedulous to deliver quality every time. How does Sedulous find qualified consultants?
Our leadership initially built up an arsenal of professionals working side by side with them on various projects and networking. Sedulous does not just hire, we train and develop all potential partners to deliver at our high standards as a minimum before sending them to your site. We vet potential partners with a four-step process that consists of verifying all credentials through a third-party agency, running FCRA compliant background checks, reaching out to all references, and performing a recorded face to face interview.
Why go with sedulous over another agency?
When we say that we take an ownership approach we mean it. When our name is attached to a service or product being provided we are dedicated to exceeding our clients' expectations. We're constantly improving and adapting with the everchanging needs of our clients. When you contract one of our partners we perform routine self-performance evaluations, credential recertification, and even cover additional trainings for them to have the qualifications needed on your site at no additional cost to you. We also give our clients a quarterly, or for shorter projects an end of job comprehensive review. This review will be in presentation format showing trends, leading and lagging indicators, lessons learned and much more as a resource for your company.
Can we direct hire consultants Sedulous provides?
Often our clients are so pleased with the partners we send that they want to hire them direct for permanent positions in their companies. Unlike others in the field, we are all for it. Sedulous is not in the business of providing temporary relief alone, but in actually matching our clients with the best professionals in their field. Our partners are free to hire directly with companies once they have completed their agreement with us. We encourage it!

Normally we build up our partnership network through word of mouth where one of our current members will refer qualified individuals to us that they have had the opportunity to work with.
